i was just wondering if any folks from down south new how long it takes to get from Luton Airport to the embassy in London.... my boyf booked plane tickets but i am freaking out that he hasn't given us enough time to get there!!!! please help!

it takes about 30 minutes to get from luton airport to central london -gets into Stpancras/kings cross and u can get a tube out from there to regents park which is by the embassy i think which should take between 15-30 mins depending on the time of day or you can walk it - its in zone one. Not sure how much the luton express will cost but the tube is about £5.70 for a zone 1-2 card. or if you go by taxi/car its about 40 miles so approx 45 mins as traffic inc entral london can be heavy again depending on time of day hope that helps E
hahaha i had some bad experiences with luton when i was living in london... so my personal advice would be think of it as an hour away at least, then if something happens you till have some extra time and don't panic hun!!
Glad it helped a bit - however word of warning if u are flying with bmi i have yet to be on a flight of theirs that has not been delayed for at least 30 mins so u might want to check on who ur flying with and see what their delay times are likely to be like! e
