With countries that don't have pavilions they are generally staffed by Americans who volunteer to leave their work location for the duration of the festival. I know a guy from Seattle Washington who worked the Aussie booth last year.

Last year there were Aussies working at the "Aussie Wine Walkabout" or whatever it was called. I believe they were there on the CP and would have went to other work locations after the F&W Festival was over in mid November.

It was kind of funny, all the girls when we were there were Aussies, and the males were either English or American. I asked why, and was told there weren't any male Australian castmembers!

    Most countries are represented
there are stools throughtout the world showcase that have different foods and drinks that you can buy
there a little expensive but a great way to taste what other cultures have to offer
