Hi Anyone who can help!!! Do you think it matters how old you are when you apply?? I applied when I was about 20 and got to London interviews but that was it, I'm now 25 and applying again but everyone on here seems really young!! Any old people got any good advice (sorry I know 24/25 isn't even that old!!) Thanks a million, Nat x
Hey, just wanted to say I don't think age is a problem at all, there are quite a few people on these boards who are your age or older and I am sure they will crawl out of the woodwork eventually and answer your worries. I think you should just go for it girl and follow your hearts desire
I'm 29 and they are still going to interview me.... I'll be 30 by the time I get out there assuming I get through the interview.... I think you will be fine
Hey Nat... In my mind, age doesn't matter at all. I'm 27... turning 28 next month and I'm here now. I really think it depends on how old you feel. I really don't feel an age difference with most of the people down here. We're all here having fun and working for the Mouse. And, I'm not the only one. There are a bunch more that are over 25. Don't worry... just apply.
I don't see age as a factor at all. One of my roomies is 27 almost 28. It's all about who you are and what you have to offer to the program
2 of my roomies were 26/27 and there were a lot more that were your age! don't worry, you'll be more than fine!

I sent off my CV yesterday to Jason and Alexis and had an email from Jason to say he wanted to phone interview me this week - which is great and much quicker than i thought i would hear!! Hi Nat Im 25 and i applied at the weekend. If im successful, I will be 26 by the time i get out there!. This is something ive wanted to do since i was 20 but ive always had things stopping me from applying - like relationships, college courses and jobs. This is the first opportunity ive had so im giving it a go. Nat xx

Good luck with the interview!! Don't worry about the age thing, like most people have said its fine I was 22 when I had my interview (23now) I go out in Dec and will turn 24 over there next yr. Good luck again and let us know how it goes!! Helen xx

Hey Everyone, Well had a chat with Jason very very interesting actually - he actually pointed me in the direction of another opportunity still working in Orlando but more with hotels and sales which is very similar to my current job - still get to work in America for 18 months and get to be near Disney so can spend loads of time there. He said he was going to put me forward and then get in touch soon, don't really know too much at the moment, but it sounds very interesting and I'm very excited!!! He said that if this didn't work then i could come along to teh March Interviews or if not apply for Disney after doing this other programme for 18 months! Nat xx

Hey! well...I just aplied and I'm currently waiting to see if I get a phone interview... I've seen posts from people having doubts about their ages (maybe being too old)...but I just turned 18 and think this one would be my only chance to get into the program... I wonder what you think about my age... do you know people in the program who are my age? do you think being 18 is a con or a pro in this case? ???
I also just turned 18 and applied for the program. I think everyone has an eqaul chance, as the qualifications say you have to be at least 18. Perhaps if you prove you are responsible for your age and mature? Im not sure.. haha. But I hope its not a con to be on the younger side...

Yeah, being 18 doesn't make a difference. I'll still be 18 when I actually leave in March to go down there.
Thats good! Its neat how everyones age is from 18-30's. Everyone must have so much fun together in Florida!
Dear Wet Willy, I am new here in this Forum, because I have just been accepted for the Program starting in September. And to your question: I have been accepted even though I have just turned 19 and I am going to visit school till June. So, they have taken me, even though I seem to be the youngest over there then.
