Hey Guys, Just wondering if anyone is planning on going to the Character auditions in Leeds on the 26th April? I auditioned way back in October in London and got put on the waiting list, however, nothing came up so I now have to re audition for them to keep my details as it has been 6 months! Just hoping to find some friendly faces so that I'm not heading in there on my own! Also has anyone auditioned before? What did you think of it? Any stories you would like to share?

Hey I was thinking of going to the one in London on Tuesday, but I'm not sure now. Apparently DLRP are the worst with auditions, and the routines are quite hard, and I'm not a dancer just want to be a character, so I think my chances of getting in are pretty slim, and the train is gonna cost me lots to get down to london too... How was the audition when you went in October?
Re: Disneyland Paris Character,Parade and Face Character Auditions on 26/4 in LE I went to the London ones back in... February was it? March? Anyway. Yes they are a lot more frenzied than the WDW ones and you get a lot of lycra-d wonders and there was a very bitchy atmosphere. And HOOOOARDS of people. Which they weren't quite prepared for so nothing really ran to time or anything. In fact the DLRP team just seem terribly inefficient. Or maybe I just got too used to the wdw flog ethic haha. The presentation really put me off... wasn't feeling the magic I went along for a laugh and to see what they were like in comparison to wdw. I only put down 2 months availability and they told me they never took contracts that short unless there was a damn good reason so I will never really know if I didn't get through cause of availability or uselessness. But after a summer of performing at WDW, either it was the timescale or DLRP are definitely looking for people can be show trained easily as well. Which really wouldn't surprise me, they have less workers so might as well get people who can do as much as possible. Good luck if you go along! x
