After so many days working at WDW (not entirely sure how many days) you get issued complimentary tickets to use at California, Hong Kong, Paris, or for family/friends to use. These normally last for a year or so. As for discount I think you get the same discount as in WDW, normal 20% and then extra holiday discount close to Christmas. Hope that helps
Oh also you can normally get yourself into the other parks (except Tokyo) for free on your Disney ID apart from block out days.
