Hey, I am just curious does any know if Disneyland in California has any types of programs like Walt Disney World has? I have looked around but I can't find much. I like Walt Disney World and all but I think after I finish working there I think it would be cool to do other Disney things. I know about the Cruise line but I think working in Disneyland would be awesome. I wouldn't think they have a cultural program or anything but even just to work there for like a year or even 6 months would be great. If any one knows or has feedback please let me know. Thanks
I've looked into this alot because I have tons of family in that area so I really wanted to work there. There is NO program at all, they won't sponsor you for a work visa or do any kind of phone interview. So you're 100% on your own to get a US work visa (which is damn near impossible) fly there to interview, fine your own apartment and transportation. Bad news bears eh?! I'm very lucky in that my family is american so I can get duel citizenship and some fam lives close enough that I could stay with them while interviewing and looking for an apartment.
Tessa!! hey you how goes everything with you? anyways thanks that is what I thought. You would think that Disnyland would have something being the first park and all but oh well. I would love to work there some day. I am going to Disneyland in April so maybe I will scope around and see what I can find out.
Hi there, Im not 100% but I heard that they've just started a program for California Disney..Not really sure much about it..But they were advertising it as I was just finishing at WDW back in August..
my friend jacqui said you can do hotel stuff at calafornia as part of the graduate programme. i think that is what she said.
Erm I got sent an e-mail from Yummy saying that California have started up a programme similar to Florida's graduate programme. It might be what Jacqui is talking about as she probably recieved the same e-mail as me.
oooh I hope they have that set up for when I graduate!! I'd love to work there. I looked into it when I was researching WDW programs but didn't find anything.
