heya is having an address in the USA for 1 year enuf to get a Disney Visa? i only want the card to look nice in my purse not to use!!!
well, after some time (not too long) you can ask the vista credit union for a visa debit card...it says visa but it's still debit and you can use it everywhere...
I'd presume so... It's more about your credit rating than your address, I think... Kev And there's always Vista FCU
oh, and the card looks really cool! at least it did back then! you need to open an account there anyway for your paycheck money...first you get a simple debit card that works at vista fcu atms and like i said, later you can ask for the visa card...
