I thought I knew her....but I don't. She wasn't all that bad...there's been worse! I used to get crews that wouldn't laugh...some guests just don't get it, or it's really hot and they've been in line for 70 minutes and the last thing they want is some hyper skipper telling jokes. Understandable...yet frustrating. All part of being a skipper though
