I know this may sound stupid, but does an applicants weight have anything to do with the overall decision of the program? I have just had a telephone interview and I'm wondering that if I get a F2F interview, my weight will affect the decision? Or am I being totally paranoid?
Hiya, Just to let you know that Disney are not allowed to not take an employee on because of their physical appearance, it's illegal. The only way that they would not consider someone for a role due to weight is if it would endanger their health or be a health and safety risk... the only role I can think of would possibly be character performer because some of the costumes are very heavy and constricting. All other roles I would imagine are fine, you can always ask at the interviews
yeh and besides i dont think they can even ask you for your weight can they? thats what applies to most jobs like race aswell. x
