Hey I am hopefully doing the ICP this summer. I know this is a long-shot, but would I be able to use the cast member discount during the summer to book a reduced rate hotel room for the Christmas holiday season? Even though I won't be a cast member at Christmas? Thanks
Not really. You need your ID to check in, and if it's out of date by a long time they'll notice. I was able to do it as my program finished, but the day we checked in was the day my ID expired, so they said it was ok.
Okay, thanks anyway. It's an excuse for me to do the year-long program some time. It is kind of annoying though - all these great discounts but with all the work we will be doing there won't be much time to enjoy them! PS - I'm sorry for clogging up the forum with all my annoying questions!
When booking a discounted room for friends or family, do we have to pay the deposit when we book, or do they just give us a price and hold the room - then the friends can call up with a reference number and pay the deposit?
You need to pay for the cost of one night... it doesn't need to be your credit card, it could be your family/friends. When you check in the remainder of the balance is paid for.
