Hi everyone, i am starting crp in sept. I have many friends and family wanting me to get them hotel discount! I ws wondering how many people you an give this to?I have a suspicion it wont be endless because ppl would take the mickey!?!?! I did the ICP in 2006 and know all about the park passes 6 days for 3 ppl etc blah blah but not know much about the hotel side of it!! I know 40 percent if ur not there and then during off peak it can be upto 60 per cent if ur stayin with them etc!! Hope you can help thanks x
Hey Heather, Your Beth's friend right? I could be completly wrong! I worked with Beth at MGM and doing the CRP in Dec. .Neway, as far as i know there isnt a limit on hotel discount, as i visited my friend out there last year and used his discount and I think he used it for other people too. The only problem is , is that sometimes the low value disney hotels get booked by cast member discounts really quickly so id do it as soon as you can! Unless you want a nicer hotel. That was the only problem we encountered. I know that its not always correct on the discount price, as ..so if you booked off peak it could be 40% instead of 60% i have no idea why tho. Hope i havent confused you too much. Again i think im certain but could br wrong! xx xx
hey yeh im beths friend!!we shared same room at vista way !! small world!!!u doing f and b or merch?? il be doing f and b and go 23rd of sept!!!90 days left!!lol not counting down or anything!!!! I just have my close family then i have step dads family that want to come over too!!so got lots of relatives in need of this discount!!! hope i can satisfy all!!! thanks for your help xx
Hi Heatherh - sorry to say but yes there is a limit of how many rooms you can book for family and friends. This limit is ONLY on the rooms that you book and do not stay in. If I remember correctly you can book 6 separate reservations for those rooms and there is NO LIMIT on the rooms that you DO stay in. Also it works just like the other discounts - per calendar year. So you will be able to book 6 that you're not staying in during 2008 and you will be able to book 6 that you are not staying in during 2009. I'm not 100% sure on the amount of times though so forgive me if it is less than 6 - I'm pretty sure it is 6 though ha ha.
