I have an interview on 13th March in London for DCL, but i never been in a Disney program before will it make any difference. I thought the only requisites to work with them were 2 years of experience and fluent english.. That's what the International Services Told me..

    Hiya!

Congrats on getting through to the inerviews. :)

For DCL, experience seems to be far more important than for the WDW international programs. Like you said they want at least 2 years directly relevant experience. Being a former Disney Cast Member would of course help your chances of getting the job but that by no means infers people who have never worked for Disney haven't got a chance. If you've got the experience, then it's all down to the interview. If you are a smiley, happy disney person and you manage to communicate that to the recruiter at the interview, then that's all that should matter. :)

Best of luck, lots of pixie dust heading your way. :)
