Hey I don't know if I am posting this too late, but if you havent already sent your CV a really good tip would be to make it a bit creative! When I e mailed mine in I did it as a powerpoint presentation and they seemed really impressed with it because they said it lets them see a bit of your personality in it. So if your like me and didnt think your CV was up to much try something a bit different it might help! Hope you get through!!!! Maybe see you in Disney!!!
YEAH Andrew......I wore my MOUSE EARS in my photo that I forwarded!! Also wanted to put everything in my MICKEY PJ HOLDER.....something CREATIVE will catch thier eye and that is something you REALLY want to do!! God do I have ideas....but I had to send my stuff in quickly as I was heading off to Disney for vacation!! Paid off though becuase I got IN!!! Hope to see ya down there!! This Ontario girl is SO FREAKING EXCITED I can't WAIT!! ;D
It stands for Curriculum Vitae... which is latin or something... I have no idea what it means, vital information or something? anyways, it is a synonym for "resume" You don't always want to do something "out there", sometimes a plain, well formatted resume is better, but I would have to agree because this is Disney, creativeness is attractive for them. Although I didn't do anything out of the ordinary, you want to give them something that catches their eye, make them remember you, in a good way of course So you can be creative in the format, but you can also do it in the content. Your cover letter is really important for that, you really want to express why you want to work for Disney and give them an accurate representation of what you're about. Anyways, best wishes!
