I had this great resource passed along to me:

Berkley Scott Plc is a British recruiting company that places people in a number of cruise lines (not DCL, from what I can tell).

It is run by a Disney Alumni from 1997, and they interested in helping more Disney Alumni to get jobs onboard top Cruise Lines. The Website is:
