the only tip i can give you is: SMILE AND BE YOURSELF... its more than an interview a chat... they are expecting (i guess) u show u personality, theres no too much to worry about, only be you and u will be fine! ;D
Well when I had my last interview, we were taken in groups of 2, each of us got a different, though similar set of questions. Sound cheerful and give full answers and always try to relate back to an example from your own previous experience if you can. Smile and even though you are wearing business attire try and keep your body language casual, but not slouchy like at home enjoying a lazy Saturday lol, this way you will feel calmer and appear more confident. If your insure of the question ask for clarification, this is better than giving a completely off topic random answer, it also gives you the chance to think about what you want to say. Most of all be yourself!! Good luck to us all in interviews ^_^

Thanks Guys I went for an interview in feb this year for the seasonal program and we got interviewed in twos as well. Just wondered what kind of questions they will be asking as I have been told they are different? Thanks xx
yeah it prob will be a tad different. i only got asked a few questions 1. why you wana work for disney and describe yourself 2. what ud tell someone from a different country about the uk an ur home town and culture. 3. ur work experience and how it will help u in ur chosen job role eg. merch or f&b 4. have u ever lived away from home before not alot else was asked it was just a chat an with there being two of u, u can bounce of each others thoughts and ideas etc. other than that just smile and be yourself! hope this was of some help!
