Re: CRB forms (UK prrps) I got a letter with mine telling me what to put, and didn't read it properly! I put cultural rep too, but you are supposed to put cast member! Company name Welt Disney World, address: Lake Buena Vista County Orange Florida USA32830 I have tipexed out the bit I did wrong, but havn't sent it off yet cos my passport is at uni. Did you know you don't have to fill out sections E, F, G, X and Y? Lianne xxxx
No!!! lol. I didn't get any letter with mine, all i got was the actual form, i have no idea who to make the cheque payable to either! the fomr says fill out all sections up to H i think. Also... can we put parents down as a reference cos there is a box u can tick if referee is parent. Am confused! lol. Thanks for your help though! Bry
Hey Bry, This may be a bit late for you now lol - but I still have my letter from yummy regarding the CRB form and it says..... ........You do NOT need to fill out sections E, F and G. That your position is Cast Member The company requesting the disclosure is: Walt Disney World International Recruitment Dept PO Box 10090 Lake Buena Vista Florida USA 32830 I had to send my cheque and form to yummy - my cheque was made payable to Yummy Jobs, but if you are sending it direct I don't know Hope that is of some help Anna xx
Hey, Don't worry that's a big help! I didn't get a letter, only a form, will will keep the job as cultural rep cos have already filled it in and will send it back to yummy with a letter explaining that i wasn't wure what to fill out! Thanks! Bry
Hey Bry, Yeah what everyone else has said is correct, if you are unsure about anything just email yummy and they will help you no problem. (or just ask us!! lol) Helen x
