My check went ok and i got my copy of the CRB form back in the post today-its all moving along at the moment. It was quick as well-only posted it of 3 weeks ago
i got mine within 2 weeks but then again its the most basic check there is. it doesn't even look into the sex offenders register. it's not even worth the paper it's written on and is rediculously overpriced. I've had a check that allows me to work with children, young people and vunerable adults (the most advanced CRB check) which only cost £42, so where the extra money for a more basic check goes who knows
