I'm having serious trouble writing this.What did everyone else put in theirs?I really wanna have my stuff sent in by the end of the week but I just have no idea what to say. E
easy!!! well not much lol, but just why do you want to join the program, wahat do you think u will get and what u can apport to it, what do yoe hope of the experience things like that, atleast thats why i wrote, just show that this is something that u really want!
I made mine stand out. Dont start with i am ....... or i would........ (maybe its fine to do that!!) but be fun with it. It is disney after all!! I did a little poem thing where i wrote who i am the walt disney way and thought of a word which best described me for each letter of Walt Disney!!! Must have worked i have an interview!! hehe...cool ways of doing it Tracey!! I didn't send a cover letter...I just sent my C.V. with a paragraph at the top saying why I wanted to work for Disney (which I guess is similar). I really tailored my C.V. for Disney tho...I didn't put anything in that really wasn't relevant. xKx

in the end i just did like a formal cover letter i was going to put insomething id written called a recipe for disney but changed my mind. so now its just waiting E
Just really try and sell yourself! just describe not only your experience but your personality how you think you are percieved.. my cover letter was rocking it took my a day but it was brilliant!!
Like some of you already said, you have to describe why yo want the job, why are you fit for it, your experience, profile... things like that, sell yourself. Keep in mind that you need catch the attention of the recruiter within the first lines, so think of something really good! Google 'cover letters', search for webpages on tips on how to write one, that really helped me because it was the first time I wrote one and I was really nervous and didn't know what I was doing...
