In 2006 I worked in attractions and this summer I worked at the Annual Pass Office The atmosphere during summer is great with people from all over Europe, lots of parties! Yes, for any role except parades/characters (as in characters in parades and parade performers). I also don't think you need to speak french for LotLK other than the lines you have to learn, but that's different from having a conversation!
Oh, it would be so much fun to be a character or a performer in the parades! I don't know if I would have the guts to go to any auditions though.
