Sometimes they have tickets for something like $50 or less, if I remember correctly. Anyways, they do give quite a nice discount for pretty much everything on WDW property when your a Castmember.
yeah its 50$ which is quite a saving, but castmembers can only sit in certain seats when they have discount but all seats are pretty good in that arena!
I definitely want to go there at least once as i've never been and want to do EVERYTHING in this Year at WDW ;D

I saw in my welcome guide that CMs can get discounted tickets if there are any available 30 mins before the showtime! I don't remember them having a discount otherwise, except at christmas.
Over the year i was there the discount for cirque would change depending on the season. Near christmas its actually really good, %50 off tickets and you can buy them up to 14 days in advance. Normally though its anywhere from %20-50 off certain seats and they have to be bought on the day of the show. Its soooooooooo worth it though. I highly HIGHLy recomment seeing it at least once.
