Ey people still 1,5 month to go before packing my bags and leaving to WDW What I'm very currious about is the life after Disney ICP. In the presentation of yummy jobs jason said this program will kick open doors when stated in your resume. Good to know, but now the question, which doors? In the future I want to work in the entertainment/production industry, what could be my opportunities after Disney, and what opportunities will i get during the program to meet people who can help me accomplish my goal? Hi There! Ya know i thought the same just like you, I thought that the oppurtunity of working for Disney was going to people crawling for ya! well it's true, I got home from the program, and went back to my old job, then after a while, i started looking for another job, I started dropping off my resume's at Hotels and big hotels like huge chains adn stuff, i would say outa the 30 resume's i had dropped off i must have gotten 15 calls, People were basically giving me the job, beacuse they knew how good a disney cast member is at customer service! But I think i wouldn't have my job here today, if it wasn't for disney, I took a better job then these hotels, I work at a place that lets me use everything that i have ever learned in Disney to bring to the table, I am front lines! Whereever disney brings you it's going to be great cause once those employers see Disney on your resume they know they havea great person already!! So no need to worry about the after disney life, cause it's going to be great, just strive for the highest and you will be amazing!
