Hey! so I wondered, do you think renting a car is worth it? If you do and/or have, how much did you pay and what company? Also, which companies allow you to rent under 21? I wont be 21 yet, but 20 when I go, so I was just wondering
I would also like to know the answer to this question as i will be applying when i turn 18. I can't imagine not having my own car while out there. Any answers will be helpful. Thank you
Hiya! I lived in America last year (separate to Disney- as a study abroad) I would advise you now that companies will not rent to international customers under 21, it will be virtually impossible to find any exceptions to the rule as its law in most states. However knowing people who are already on the CRP there are plenty of busses which will take you virtually anywhere and most of them are free Hope this helps a bit x
As Elle said, there are zero car rental companies that will rent to international under 21s. Even once you're 21 they still charge you an extra insurance fee per day (at least $15) if you're under 25. Renting a car is definitely more of a thing to do occasionally rather than on a regular basis!
Ditto to all of the above. Plus, renting a car will be expensive if you keep it for any length of time. At my time, CRP's would buy old cars cheaply and leave them there when leaving for home, so the cars would go from hand to hand for very little money. I would consider this before thinking about renting. And also, the busses are perfect to take everywhere!
Hi guys, I wanna drive a muscle car with 400 bhp like a Mustang, but just for one day. Is it possible?
