I remembered seeing a bunch of cars in The Commons when I was working in WDW. Do people buy cars while you're here in the States?
According to these boards... yeah they do. I think that some of the cars are just sold on to incoming IP members once they've done with them. Check the boards for more details if you haven't already. Hope this helps.
You won't really need an own car ( and believe me now that I bought one in the States, I wish I never did, it's a DRAG )... It's nice to have one to go to the beach every now and then, but a lot of cars they sell there won't even take you that far. You can rent a car every other week and the Disney shuttles will provide you with any transportation you will need within your area. Julia
