Is there somewhere we can view the menu spiel online before we arrive? I know you can get the menu at allearsnet but I was just hoping maybe there was the actual spiel somewhere. Thanks
Im assuming its the same as in the Rose and crown-there is no set script you need to learn-you need to learn the entire menu-what the food contains, how you would describe it to a guest, what wines go with it, what alcohols and soft drinks you serve. Then you go to the manager and answer whatever they ask you.
