canadians arriving june 14th!

hey guys! was just wondering where everyone's flying out of and what time you'll be arriving there at. i live by niagara falls so i'l flying out of buffalo, ny. much cheaper and faster than totoronto! i'll be arriving at around 10:00 a.m. i hope i'm not a loner in the airport! lol!

Hey! Nice to meet some others, it seems like everyone else gets in on the 12th! Well I'm Chelsea and I'm coming on June 12th to start on the 14th. I was able to get a direct flight on the 12th and will stay with my friend Jocelyn who is already there for those 2 nights in a hotel. I'll probably make my way to the commons first thing on tuesday morning. Very excited to meet you!

There is also another very sweet girl named Jolene (WDWJo I think on the boards) who I met at the interviews who gets in the same day as us so there should be a few friendly faces. Have you started packing yet? I finished most of it today except for stuff I would need this week. My room is looking very empty. I have to do my first big goodbye tomorrow to a good friend who is leaving thursday to live in LA. I'll let you know how I hold up. Well hope your week is going good and I'll see you SOON!

you're done packing!? holy crap! haha. i just sort of started to get things organized. i'm "metally packing" haha. i think i've cried almost everyday since i found out. when i had to tell my work i was leaving i was crying so much and everyone else was. it's going to be so hard on friday because my work's having a goodbye party for me. i think i'm gonna flood the store! haha.
yeah i remember seeing jo on the msg boards. she's from montreal right? well i hope i'll see her in the airport!

2 Weeks today for me and, yes, I'm "mentally packing" too. I'm not even at home right now if I wanted to start packing. I'm still shopping. I'm jealous of all you June 14th people. I have to wait a whole extra week. Ah well, not really looking forward to all the good byes, so at least I get to wait a little longer for that.

I was doing the whole "mental packing" thing until I was just driving myself nuts! I just had to do it as the wait was killing me! Plus I'll be so busy this week that I really won't have much time to focus on it, even though I've already repacked everything once! Thanks for the welcome Tracy! And don't worry about me sleeping that night, I'm so excited to meet everyone! A little scared for the throw in...but I guess that's to be expected. Sandra, think of it this way, when we're leaving to go home next year you'll get to be there an extra week! Can't wait you guys! Amber, we'll be there in a week! CRAZY!

Hey Amber! Yes I'm arriving on the 14th, sometime in the early afternoon, I'll have to check. Wow, another Canadian arriving the same day as me I have to pack still too, it'll take me all of half an hour. Whoa, I have so much to do and just realized I'm leaving in a week, ACK! Man, I've been working WAY too much, this was suppose to be my week of organization. I can't wait to see all of you, this is going to be so much fun!

what's everyone wearing on the plane? should it be dressy or work attire?

 

I'm just wearing sweatpants, but I'm not getting picked up by Disney reps. Hard to say really...I doubt they'd expect much as they never menioned anything in the package.

 

i thought they did mention something in the package. the moment you arrive you should be dressed to impress, proper dress clothes. i could be wrong. my parents could be lying to me! haha

My name's Abed and I'm getting down the 13th, just found this site earlier tonight. It's getting me even more excited about going down! I'm from Ottawa but go to school at Mount Allison in Sackville, NB and I'm flying out of Halifax.

You dont need to be in dress clothes when you arrive here, they dont expect that the moment you arrive. It'll probably be hot and humid so dress appropriately for that, layers are good so you can be warm on the plane (since they tend to get cold), and be comfortable once you arrive here in Florida.
