Hey all.. I was just wondering about the interview for the Canadian cultual representitive program. I have already done the summer program but I'm thinking the interview to be a cultural representitive will be a lot different, if anyone can give me some advice it would be greatly appriciated!! Thanks!!

  2. Oh so you've already worked at Disney???

I don't know what the summer program interview is like but for Cul Rep it's a 2-hour presentation then one-on-one interviews after that.

...it's just the standard... why do you want to work for Disney? What do you want to get out of it? How do you feel about living with other people. What makes Canada Canada... what is the most beautiful place in canada...

...They are really just basic standard interview questions. I work for starbucks coffee co. So he asked me a few questions relating to my job there, as Disney and Starbucks have very similiar hiring policies/expectations

    Good luck!

From what I can gather, the ICP and CRP interview are fairly similar. Both seem to have the same Valarie-led presentation, followed by the one-to-one interviews. The main difference I can see is the "how will you represent your country" stuff...

    Correct me if I'm wrong...
