Hey people, I just got a call the other day from Eric. He switched me from Canadian Merchandise to Attractions. Did anyone else get this call? Which is better: merchandise or attractions!? If anyone could help me, that would be great! Toodles, Mel
It was both when I was there so I worked in the shops and attraction. The good news is that the attraction is nice and cool when everyone is sweltering outside and you won't get soaked!!! It gives you lots of time to talk to guests too. We hated it because you were always alone down there, but now there will always be two of you, so you can have much more fun. It's often pretty dead down there when the parks are slow...did many a cartwheel in the preshow and took many naps in the podium!!! You'll get to do KIDCOT too, which is fun. Shan

When it's slow, it's slow everywhere!!! You get busy in there when the park is busy or when it rains, or when it's cold. The attraction is fun. You'll enjoy it...no folding or inktagging crap! Much more playing than working! Shan
hey mel! yeah you and i think another person or 2 got switched over to attactions becasue merch is way over staffed. atractions is lots of fun! usually when i'm tasking or pin trading i'll go down to the mine shaft and chill out with the atractions people. they're awsome. sometimes i'll help out with kidcot, it;s fun! doing the shpeil is cool too for the prewaiting. i like saying the last call! it;s all good in the canadian pavilion!
Yeah, Amber's always coming down and harassing us in the cave jk But yeah, the attraction is neato. Just like any job, it is what you make of it. Ashley
