    Hey everyone,
just kinda a random question, has anyone done this program while on orphan's or similar pension by the goverenment? Do you know if its even possible to still receive your pension while on the program if you are planning on going back to school?! If you aren't on a pension, I'm sure you have absolutly no idea what I'm talking about, if you are on pension and still have no idea what I'm talking about... msg me and I'll try and ask it clearer! haha

Hi Casey...I received benefits while I was in school, but had to let them know as soon as I was working, then the payments stopped. Its basically a program to assist with education needs. You could call them to confirm (I would just to be sure), but if you don't tell them and they find out your working, you could end up oweing them some $$!

Hey Casey, congrats on getting in! Our dinner was lucky I guess.
Anyways, I get CPP because my dad's on disability, so it's kind of similar and this is how it works. If you were on a break from school, like if you were doing the ICP, you'd still get it. Because you're off school for a whole year, you won't get it. It's more the school that affects it than the working. But, once you go back to school, if you're under 25, you'll get it again.
