Does anybody know what the hourly wages are for the different positions at the Canada pavillion, ie: merchandise, dining, etc.?
    Thanks ;D

Not sure 100% But as I can remember from the presentation at my interview was:
    Attraction: 7.15$
    Merchandise: 7.25 or 7.35$
Food and Beverage: 7.75$ non tipped and 4.10$ tipped.

Not sure as I said but it's close to that...

I wonder why Merch and F&B (non tipped) are paid more than Attractions...

Having worked in both merch and attractions at WDW, I would say it's because merch is a lot more stressful (having to count money, work longer or later hours, lift/move stock) whereas attractions is easy peasy because all you do is count people, greet people and ensure their seatbelts are done up (if applicable!!). :D

    I suppose that's true, cat.
But I think I'd still like to go for Canada Attractions, even if the wage is low. I'm quite good at memorizing and they do have that speech at the beginning. But Merch would be my second.
Does Merch include the Kidcot Fun Stop or does Attractions include that?

Don't worry about it being a slightly lower wage - you won't notice it to be honest as you'll be doing lots of hours (most likely)... and I had a spiel to do in attractions - it was my favourite part of the job :p

Hey right now I work at the Canadian Pavilion Merch, and we get paid a little more because we have to deal with more guest and do a more work.
Kidcot is run by Attractions since it is in the exit of the attraction. oh just to let you guys know we actually got a $0.20 raise so we are making $7.65 a hour now.
as for hours I nomally average 38 hours a week, next week I will be doing 55 hours, so you don't need to worry about not haveing enough hours.

if you are intreasted in doing merch I have a blog that I am keeping over my corse of the year.

Im sure when I dod my first program attractions made just a little bit more than merch because their role involved more safety training. Not that it really counts for O Canada, as basically all you have to do is evacuate the theatre, but in general attractions requires more safety related aspects so across the parks they got paid just a little bit more...

If that's true for O Canada then I'll be very happy. ;D
