CANADA APPLICANTS & YUMMY JOBS

    Hey everyone,

    I thought this would be a great place just to give each other updates with what's happening since everything switched over to yummy. Did anyone else get this e-mail?

    Do you think this means they could change our positions and start dates?

    Oh my gosh no.
    I don't think the positions or dates will be changed at all!!
    People have booked flights and visas are being processed etc...

    I wouldn't worry about that part at all.
    I received this email as well.

    I actually just called Disney International Recruiting to ask them wtf was going on. And Eric. haha.
    I hope they open a Canadian office!

    This is so confusing I never got that full e-mail like that. I wonder where it went. :(

    I got this and another email wanting all my information and such... It's all good just new recruiters.

    DR said not to worry, and to contact Yummy Jobs as soon as possible.

    When you say contact "Yummy Jobs" who did you contact, and what email did you use? When they said "send it to the e-mail below" I was confused because I wasn't sure if they wanted it sent to the equiries email address or the international programs one.

    Hopefully we'll hear more information tomorrow.

    I already have been in contact with the Roger guy, who was very helpful with everything. Just email them up with your new info and you are good to go!!!

    I should be getting my criminal background check back this week...should I still be sending that to Eric with Cast-A-Way? I didn't even get that email!!!!!!!
    Ahhhh............

    CherylLynn: Did you get the e-mail from Eric? I wouldn't send off your criminal background check to Eric, since he's no longer dealing with the WDWIP programs, only Disney Cruise Lines. Wait for today, and if you haven't heard anything from Walt Disney World International Programs or Yummy I'd send Yummy an e-mail to Enquiries@yummyjobs.com.

    Steffie: I'd sent my e-mail to both e-mail addresses, but this morning I got a response from Yummy!

    Yummy says that they are going to have a staff member (Kristen) working out of an office in Michigan, so that will help deal with the MAJOR time difference between BC and England! The email was sent around 3:40am EST so I'm going to assume that it wasn't sent from this new office.

    I e-mailed Kristen today, asking for the Michigan phone number and fax #. The e-mail I received had said to scan and then e-mail my background check to her, but I have no ink so my printer won't let me scan.
    Anyways, then my mom called London and lo and behold, talked to Kristen. So she's not in the Michigan office right now, but does live in Port Huron.

    Had you sent your background check to Eric yet? I've already e-mailed Eric my background check... I'm going to assume that it's being transferred until they ask me for it. I don't want to create more work/confusion for them!

    Ok, I didn't get an email from Eric, but I did get the one from Yummy jobs...so I'm ok lol! I asked them what to do with my background check so it all should be good! No more confusion!

    opps guys, sry for those posts, i kept getting errors and didn't realize that it was going through lol!
