Hey When you go for the interview, they will give you a role checklist which you have to select in order of preference which one you want. There is a hospitaility/bell services section which included front desk, luggage service, dispatch, checking guests in/out but it could be completely random which bit you would be placed, you could several roles or just one. There is a specific 'Front Desk' Programme they have just started which I think is a year long and very hospitality focused which you might be interested in. But as for the summer programmes, it is luck of the draw and where they need staff xx
If you apply for lifeguard or recreation there is a good chance you will end up in a hotel too. i know someone who applied for recreation and worked in the arcade at the all star resorts.
i had a roomate who was custodial at all stars and also a runner taking what ever people wanted to their rooms.
