technically yes, realistically, not a hope in hell of any course that they dont send you on-and the only course they will send you on are related to your jobs. On the CRP you struggle to get the most minor of shift changes, so you certainly wont get multiple hours or even days off work to go do a course that will be of no benefit to your pavillion management.
I am on the CRP in merch for Canada and I finished a course (Entertainment production) which is offered to the ICPs but I talked to the education personal and go the go ahead to sign up for it. In Canada merch it is a little more easy to get the days off that you need plus you could always take a ADO or switch shifts with someone (as long as you are willing to switch with them in the future). One girl that was here and left a few months ago took 2 courses. So basically if you are willing to find a way to make it work then yes you can take course. these are the list of courses, some can only be taken if you are or have majored in the area. http://cp.disneycareers.com/en/program-components/learning/course-syllabi/ hope this has helped you
I know some CRPs that took a course. But you wont have much time really. You only have two days off a week. Some times during the busy season you maybe have to work 6 days a week. So when you finally have a day off you have to use it to take the course. And its for weeks. Then you never have two days off in a row to go to Miami or somewhere. So to make the most of your stay there, I wouldnt bother to take a course.
