Take in things that you don't get to do at home on your birthday. Perhaps go see a play, go to a football game. Just go crazy and enjoy yourself. 8)

Are you going to celebrate your birthday in WDW???
In that case mabye your roomies or friends can help you to organize a party or something like this...
...otherwise you can have a small trip too...
    ...wherever you want!! LOL

    Hey there,

I didn't do anything special on my birthday. But I still will never forget that day. My japanese roomie went early to bed the night before because she said she doesnt feel well. ;) I didn't want to disturb her so I stayed in the living room and exactly midnight some friends came over with presents and flowers and this and that and we celebrated in a quiet way. When I went to bed later I couldn't believe what I saw when I walked into the room. Everything was decorated with balloons, birthdaycards, candy and presents everywhere. Not only from her, also from almost all her japanese friends too.

The best gift was a picture she has drawn in manga-style. Me in the german dirndl and herself in a kimono.. I know sounds childish but it was soooooooo sweet. The actual birthday evening she made looooooooooooooooooooottttttttsssssss of sushi for me and friends....

    Gosh, I miss her :'(

For your 20th birthday you should try to get the day off or at least an early shift (your friends too). So u can make a reservation at the Ohana restaurant. Try to get a seating where you can watch Wishes from the Restaurant. Or make a reservation so that you can watch wishes before Dinner. Walk down the beach of the Polynesian Resort and just enjoy.. it's just awesome.

    sorry for my english..

    dani :D

So lucky to have your birthdays there! Mine is two days after I get home. There are tons of great things you can do in the WDW though, you'll have no trouble finding something awesome to do.

Some of my friends are thinking of coming down from Canada, but we'll see if that actually happens... I was originally thinking of having a "princess party" at Cinderella's castle, but apparently you need to have reservations like a year in advance...

not quite sure what I'll do yet... still got a couple of months (August 11), but it'll be fantastic! and might quite possibly have "wishes" in there!

heyy my birthday is june 18th.. and a few of my roomies bday are when we are down here too (July 7th, July 10th..).. we havent figured out what we are all going to do yet, but we wanna do something special. The princess party that is a wikid idea i would love to do that! Im so mad we havent found the princess dresses in adult sizes :( we would all buy them!.. I was actually thinking about going to the place in downtown disney where they will do your hair and makeup like a princess for my birthday. The worst part its my 19th bday :( which is legal drinking age back in Cape Breton :/.. oh well just going to the parks or going to dinner with some friends would be nice enough.. it will definitly still be a magical memorable bday!

we went to skydive space center in titusville fl, its only a 30 min drive away and you jump from 15000 feet, and you can see the ocean and the space center when you do

Skydiving is a great idea - i did that for one of my friends birthdays too!!

Skydive space centre is a great place to do it too cos of the amazing views you get!! Plus they give discount to disney cast members!!

The price is just under $200 which includes the jump plus a dvd of the whole experience. You get your own cameraman who jumps with you and the dvd includes the build up to the jump, your time in the plane and then the actual freefall part of the jump and your landing - its an amazing opportunity and great value for money!! DO IT!!!

Another idea is to do what we did for one of my other friends birthdays - hire a stretch Hummer to drive you to the Grand Floridian and then have dinner in Victoria and Alberts. This is VERY expensive though but we had an amazing night - one of my best out there!!!

Whatever you do just enjoy it - do something you cant do back home!!
