Passport with Q-1 visa stamp - Check

One photocopy of the following passport information:
Q-1 visa stamp and information page(s) to include: passport number, expiry date, photo and your signature - Check

Original birth certificate. A photocopy is not acceptable - Check
    Congratulations packet materials - Oops..

I have left my Congratulations packet with everything but the disney look book in our holiday cottage in France? Is this really essential (everything in there seemed fairly generic)? or is it okay to not take it? I mean to get it back will mean a fairly annoying trek to northern france in the two weeks I have left before going to the USA.

    Regards,
    Jamie

Shaize, I have no idea what I'll do with insurance this time! Should I go with a norwegian one or what?

I went with the french one when I was there. It was nice, covered everything. Which was nice, since I ended up in the hospital after a snikkarbo gone wrong :p but it was expensive though.
You could probably get some really cheap american ones, or the Norwegian one, supplied by the government.. you have to pay for it though

I woke up with a disfunctional back.. the muscles had "frozen", so to speak, I couldn't move, if I tried to it felt like my spine would dislocate from my hip... not a good feeling

I know.. the only good thing that came from it was that I was heavily medicated for the next couple of weeks. It felt like I was up in the clouds, which felt kinda nice.
