Did I read correctly and see that you are going back to WDW to get married next year!!?? ;D OMG, that is so wonderful!! How fun and magical it will be!! Congratulations!
Yes yes yes I am!!! It's actually a compromise and will be a small wedding. My fiance would most like to go to city hall and get it overwith. I want a huge wedding with all the romance, guest, dancing - bacically the fairytale. As you can see - a small conflict of interest. We had already decide to go back for a vacation next year. March 2007. And then we decided to get married as well. That way we'll both get parts of what we want. He gets no speaches, not much attention, no priest or church and no dancing...he he....I get the romance, the dress, the cake and the fairytale :-* We didn't think anyone would come but it turns out some family members and also a few friends wanna come so I think we'll be somewhere between 15-20 in total!!! Still don't have any detalis as the wedding pavillion can be booked 8 months prior......so I have to wait til July to really start planning.....
That's SOOOO cool! I would have loved that, but my husband wouldn't dream of it!! LOL! Luckily, he did want a big wedding though - just not a Disney wedding. So although you have no real plans yet, do you at least have it booked? Meaning you have the pavillion and everything reserved? Wow that's so cool...you'll DEFINITLY have to post pics!
No I haven't booked it yet cause they won't let me :-[ The wedding pavillion can be booked up to 8 months prior to the wedding date. (If you have a wedding someplace else...like the Sunset Ponite or Boardwalk it's 12 months prior.) We want ot buy plane tickets first so we're sure we can get resonably priced tickets for that date too....... We want MARCH 13th as our date so we can't book it until July 13th........ I have been in contact with them though and we're sure we'll get the date and time we want. I don't think mine would agree on a bi Disney wedding either...ha ha ha....but this won't be a big Disney wedding. I'm hoping to get a judge - not a priest for the ceremony. And we'll have a nice dinner at a restaurant afterwards...maybe not even a Disney restaurant...not sure yet,,,,,I'm also planning on having them take the stupid minnie and micky off the wedding cake and bringing my own top..... :
Hi Ariel, my sister got married at the Pavillion in 2004, it was such a nice day and so worth the trip there for friends and family to see. We then went to Calafornia Grill for dinner and watched wishes from the roof it was so nice
