Last year was classic, The UK F&B morning team played some pranks! It was when the old Rose and Crown pub was being refurbished, so Maintenance were all over the place. We were setting up the kitchen and restaurant for the moring's guests when we decided to play a trick on our manager. We called her from here office to let her know that a rat was running about the kitchen! She freaked! This was a major 'Sanitation Violation!'. Even the Maintenance staff were in on it, saying they saw it run into the bar area, which was just a pile of rubble at the time, as they'd just finished removing the old bar top. Of course, we had to eventually let her in on the prank, because she wouldn't have even opened up that day otherwise! Ha! A bit later on, we switched the menus as well! So the poor Seaters were taking guests to their tables and handing them dinner menus at lunchtime! This was funny, until we realised that the joke was on us! Of course, the Seaters didn't realise the menus were wrong, and it was us - the Servers - who had to then replace them with the correct menu!! D'OH! Happy April Fools Day ;D
Hey Doc!! I forgot that about the rat!! but do you remember the boys toilet seat gettin covered with cling film!! ha ha think it was Random that got caught out hee hee, and the napkin folds hid around the restaurant, me and jen put them there on our am, Carl didnt notice til late evening and had to get up on a chair and take them down int he middle of the full restaurant!! There were plenty pranks played that day but the ketchup on the phone and checking the benches were always my favourite!! ha ha Oh rememeber the sugar and crackers in the service pouch, holes in the soda cups, those were the days!! love u babe x x x x
Hell yeah! I remember the napkins! I was there too! Classic - poor old Carl - the dumbass! The sugar in the service pouches was Carla all year round though - she was a nightmare in service! Haha! I completely forgot about the holes in the soda cups! Ah, fun times Love u too babe! MWAH
