I'm going to uni in September and like the idea of applying for the UK pavilion after I've done my degree. If I was to get a job on the CRP with Disney after I've finished at uni it wouldn't be until around late-2014 that I'd be looking to go out there. Does anyone know when I'd need to be looking at applying to be able to go out then?

    Any advice would be appreciated

    Thank you

unfortunately it's just a case of playing it by ear at the minute. yummy have recently changed the way that they look for people for the program in terms of how many dates they fill per application process. I would say when you're in your final year of uni start checking the website from january onwards - and still look for a job around that time too because if you are successful it could still be a year till you leave so you need something in place as a back up...

what are you going to study at uni?

i would say apply the year before you want to out , so say you want to go out in 2014 ,apply in january 2013. thats how theyve been giving places out recently

Sports Journalism, so probably not the conventional route into Disney lol but I've loved it each time I've been out there on holiday and reckon the experience of working there would be incredible.

Cheers for the advice as well guys, so it's generally about a year from when you apply to going out there if you're accepted?

I personally would email Yummy. Although there are blogs that explain the application process, this may all change. I wrote a very long blog about my application process which is now pretty much irrelevant as I applied in 2010.
