hey to anyone doing the events role at disney (im an events management student) could you please let me know what it is actually like because i keep reading that people are unhappy working for disney and i was really looking forward to going in August. Please give me some info. !! :-\ ??? ???
Are you an American CP? (And please don't get to worried by those posts...as I and other said in that thread, whilst working for Disney evidently isn't for everyone, but lots of people go and have a fabulous time!!!)

I'm English; I'm an ICP alumi. The only thing events-like I could think was in the Disney College Program for Americans. I don't know of anything event management-like for people in the UK. I haven't heard anyone mention anything like that on here. Did you apply through Yummy? Andy
yeah i applied through yummy at university had to go to a few interviews for it. they said it was a new programme but i didn't think it was this year new if you know what i mean. thats probably why no-one from the uk is doing it. There are three of us coming over in the summer, one mate is doing the cultural one at the rose and crown pub, but that didn't interest me!!!!!!

no i dont go to uni in Glos i go to huddersfield one, there will probably be loads of events people coming over this year. 8) 8)
