anyone gettin nervous

Jeeeez, i cant sleep, tomorrow...today even could be the day, or atleast the countdown, till we find out!

I've been out since 8 this morning. Just got back and thought I was going to be sick waiting for my email to load. But nothing. I feel like I'm going to have a breakdown.

 

I'm not worrying about it too much yet... I don't know what kind of time scale they're working to, but I got my rejection email on 4th Feb last year. The rejected people tended to hear before successful people too, so it could be a while yet!

 

Ah okay, although the standard email response did say that we would hear by the end of january- so I think we're all hoping it will be this week

 

In which case... I hope I'm not the first to get the email then!

They said we would hear by the end of the month so we've got at least a week of potential waiting. I need to chill

when was it they stopped accepting apps, last Wednesday?

Yeah... I submitted mine on Wednesday (21st) and then Jasper saw the update that afternoon. I emailed Michele to check if I got mine in on time and she said it was alright and she'd be in touch in the "next few days" to let me know if I got through to the phone interviews.

So fingers crossed we should hear before the weekend. Otherwise I may likely go mad lol.

Each day I don't hear I get more convinced I'm going to be rejected outright. Oh well!

I don't think we will hear today. Hopefully tomorrow although I'm worried as from previous peoples experience the unsuccessful applicants are the first to hear... I don't want to be the first!

 

I thought they stopped accepting applicants n the 15th Jan thats why i handed mine in then. Maybe wrong then! OMG I AM LOSING IT. I keep thinking im rejected and then i think NO bad thinking, im not goona b rejected and then again the loop carries on.

 

yeah i have stopped checking my email as much now, as we heard that unsuccessful appls get told first.

I think it was appls for Candian that stopped on the 15th, when i emailed YJ they said they were applying UK appls from the 15th onwards.

 

Yeah when I emailed back in November I was told not to apply until the middle-end of January.

I think they may have more applicants than usual as there are more people out of full time work weighing up their options which may be why they closed applications so soon. Obviously a lot of people may have sent them in over the last few months too.

I've been reading the "accepted" board and they're all so excited! I hope thats me in a few months I'm saving already anyway.

Re unaccepted applicants... I can only count a max of maybe 20 of us who have applied... and i'm sure there are a lot more than that... I wonder how many people apply and dont come on here? Maybe all the rejection emails have already gone out and we're ALL accepted..

Yea i WISH!!!! I applied in October, November time and they said thank you for ur application and they said they will review it in January. Then, i thought i will sned it again in Jan just to make sure they dont forget me and then they said thank you again hehehe. If they have had more than enough applicants, i dot know if thats really a good thing, thats y i am super nervous. omgholly ur right its probably coz of lack of jobs at the mo most ppl r applying but who knows hw many as it is esp if 20 are re-applies. Disney interviews 50 to 80 applicants normally for the programs but now i think this might have hit the roof!! aaaaaa......im gonna shut up now coz this is just scaring me and now its just gonna scare u guys and ur all gonna hate me for it lol. I really really hope that we are shining in their eyes xxxxxxxxxx
