I don't personally know of anyone in their 30's who've applied, but when i was on my program last year, i did see a guy who must've been in his late 30's/early 40's on the bus to work, and i saw an american woman who would've been around the same age waiting for a bus and i overheard her say she was on the college program. I don't think that it really matters how old you are, if you want to go for it then go for it!!
I was on the CRP in 2006. I left early because I felt old then. I regret it ever since...So now, I want to enjoy the program and have fun.
Then go for it! At least this time you'll know what to expect when you get there! You might've noticed that to work at Disney you have to have the mental age of a small child anyway!!
True, but I hear that not too many times will they accept people who have been termed or self termed. I spoke with Yummy and say that they will have to speak with my managers to see if they will allow me to do f2f interviews. I'm scared...
Maybe they'll go easy on you if they know why you left the last progam. At least if you get a f2f then you'll have the chance to explain your reasons properly and let them know that you really want to do it right this time! Don't be scared....Good Luck
There's no harm in hoping...better that than lose hope! No i'm not there now, i was working in MK until january and now i'm applying for the UK CRP for next year, i want to go back soo much!
I am putting sooo much pressure on myself. I left because I had a bad attitude, and I kick myself soooo much!! ARGH! If I don't get accepted, I guess I'll have to accept it...
