;D Hi to all u lucky peeps who will jetting off to fabulous Florida! At the ripe old age of 27 am I too far over the hill to apply! Please say NO!!
No!!! I´m already 23 and I´ll turn 24 in February...But that´s a good thing! We don´t have to live in a wellness apartment. ;D So, don´t worry and apply, you won´t be the only one beyond 20 or 25!!!
Sara is right you should definately apply there seems to be a wide range of ages and yes most people applying seem to be late teens to early 20's but as far as I know there are plenty of people your age and older so just go for it! Â ;D
nat - wellness apartments are for those under 21 so are stricter as security check for alcohol etc, as its not allowed within the apartments at all! xxx
no probs hun, jason told me id probs go in there until i was 21 then i could chose where 2 go.... seems pointless 2 me if they do put me in wellness as id only be there for 19 days! xxx
Thanx Guys! You've made my day! ;D So much for the under 21's needing wellness apartments, what about 27 yr olds who are goin through a rebelious period! Will be sending CV straight away!!
good luck, let me know how it goes as we could be meeting up in November for face to face interviews if all goes well ;D
Oh my god 27 is so NOT old lol The range of age goes from 18 to 30. There will be lots of people who are underage but also many people being between 24 and 28. It's a very good mixture! And it's not like anyone would act their age down there haha Julia
That's odd that you say that old bird can apply, are totaly sure of that, 'cause here in Norway the maximum age one could be was 25. Must be different qualifications in other countries then, I suppose...
That is weird indeed. Norwegians in general were pretty young so they might have different limitations. For Germany the age restriction was 28 I think. Mexico and Canada had the oldest peeps. For UK 27 should be fine, too... Julia
@Celephais....I think you must be right that there are different requirements in different countries...I'm 26 and Canadian and had no problems applying @oldbird...I'm with everyone else on the board....APPLY!!!! Â You won't be the oldest one there...and I seem to remember reading on another board that many of the people in the Chinese Pavillion were in their late 20's Good luck if you decide to go for it!! Charlene
Lo and behold, Old Bird, you have found the answer that you are looking for. I am 27 and I am arriving in sunny WDW on June 21st!!!! I was a little worried about applying because I was looking at the ages of everyone on the board and they all seemed to be in their early 20s. Then, I realized that it really didn't matter much anyways. I'm going to go and have an amazing time and it's not going to matter how old I am. Besides, I doubt I've ever acted like a 27 year old. So, yes, definately apply! Good Luck, Sandra
Hi All! Big thanx to all for the encouragement, and especially to Evilqueen! U're soooooo lucky to be jetting off to the land of the giant mouse! I've been racking my brains trying to remember what sort of people were working at EPCOT ??? ??? when I've been there in the past . U know what I do remember seeing people of a certain age (let's say!) Besides does any one know when u actually start to feel like a grown up??!(I'd love to go back to the shared living thing, surrounded by loads of different people, with only one thing on their minds .......... ..... PARTY!!!! ;D)
You are not too old! I'm 27 and going to WDW on Sept 15th!! Age is just a state of mind!!! In my head, I'm still 8!
