Additional jobs at WDW for american citizens

I was just wondering. I'm an american citizen as well as a norwegian one, and I'll be coming over to work at the Norwegian pavilion sometime this year. But after I'm done with the program are there any jobs that I could get easier because I have completed the IP, i.e. the american pavilion etc.???

I´m a german citizen as well as american citizen and I´m comming over to the states 20 Sept. to work for a year at the german pavilion and I´m trying to do the same thing.I think once we are over there we can get more info about that.At the interview I asked that and I guess they are always looking for people.

That's great, 'cause I would really love to work there beyond the one year we're there. I pity the CM's who HAVE TO leave when their program is done...

 

I'm a US citizen as well and it all depends what you really want. I could've extended the last time I was there, but I was so bored of my job that I didn't... Well let me tell you I regret that a week after I came home. Now I'm going back and I will definitely extend my contract, if possible. The thing is, its not only the job, its also the other parts of the experience, for example the living experience, that you will come to enjoy. And by getting, for example, an hourly position or a full-time one, you lose your rights to things like that that you have as an international cast member. You'll understand it better when you get there. Because technically you can go to the States to work as a regular cast member, but you'll miss out on the housing, the transportation, etc... But just be sure to ask your managers when you get there. They can give you a better idea of the opportunities that you have.
