Hey, If you are staying at Chatham or Patterson then you have premium outlets which is like a ten minute walk away from the apartments, but it is easy enough to get to if you like a vista, just get the bus to one of the other complexes and walk over. Yes, you are allowed to use your own bank account, you just give them your details, they will tell you more about it when you arrive.
