I dont have mine! i stupidly forgot to ask my mum to bring it up with her when she last visited! ur meant to have the actual certificate and a copy of it. i have no way of getting it before the interview, because i have my final exam tomorrow. is this going to be an issue?? :-X :-[ ???
if u have ur passport or some other form of id go to your local registers office and get a certified copy which is also perfectly acceptable it costs around £5 for the copy and is accepted in lieu of your original whenever u need to use it - also will be fine for u to take out to florida with you if u get in in cardiff they took about 30 mins to give me mine and they were open 9-5 - not sure if they are open saturdays tho but u could prob google ur area and the info for it
Like ive said tho, i dont have time to do that. by the time i go to florida if i get the job, i'll be living back at home and will have the birth certificate. emailed yummy when i realised. just hope it wont be an issue. i have drivers licence and passport. lets just hope/
At least you have told them in advance. I'm not entirely sure why they need to see it so I don't know how major it is that you don't have it with you. They had a quick look at mine before the interview but I'm sure that since you have good reason you could fax it to them or something after your interview. Good luck for tomorrow, it was the most relaxed and fun interview i ever had today so you'll be fine!
they dont just look at it though - they ask for a photocopy to be taken with you as well - well i know thats what my interview pack said. however im pretty sure one of the girls at my interview said she was sending hers through later as she was at uni and couldnt get a copy
i never had mine when i went to my interview!! i emailed yummy jobs and they said that it wasnt a problem!! once id been offered the job i just had to send them a copy of it!! it really shouldnt b a problem!!
Yeah, I had the same problem. I couldn't find my birth certificate anywhere (even though I DID bring it to Uni with me) so I e-mailed them and they said it'd be fine, and that I'll just have to send them a copy later. In the end I just e-mailed them a scan of it a few weeks after my interview (I actually forgot to do it until they e-mailed me saying they needed it).
