Ive noticed a ot of people go travelling, and htat travelling even takes them out of hte US to places such as teh carribean. Are you allowed to go in and out of the US whilst your visa is still valid-does leaving the country before the end of your visas time, invalidate your visa?
yeah, you can go anywhere you want during your year, some people even go home for a week and come back, you know, if you can get the time of, go where ever you want, its ok.
sounds good-wouldnt want to go somewhere outside America for a few days and then find my visa wasnt working(i wouldnt go to the trouble of going home just for a week though)
When you got your visa there's 2 modalitie, single or multiple entries, that means that during the first six months of your staying you can go in and out of the country, otherwise you will have to repay the visa again in order to continue working. If they don't ask when they give you the visa it for default will be single entry, so ask in advance about the modality. Remember that the multile entries only applies for the firs six months. RUBEN.
So if my programme finshes at the end of november, next year-which it does, yet the visa will run until the end of december 08-which it will, and i want to go to, say Mexico, and then, fly back to the US and on home to the UK, i cant?
why you planning to go mexico anthony???sooooo ramdom! you better buy us some tat while your there lol
If you have the tourist visa there's no problem, yo go in an out the USA once you Q1 expires or you finis your contract.
