Hey everyone... just got to thinking something and wondered if anyone had any ideas. Is there anyone that waxes on a regular basis? Anyone down there or was down there that can recommend a good place for eyebrows, bikini, legs etc.? Seemed like kind of a strange question, but wanted to be prepared and though maybe someone else might not have realized they wanted to know. Thanks.
If you have no time I can definately recommend "Hair cuttery". It's near WALmart. Just go out of the bus, and walk the right side. There is a really nice crew doing great eye-brows and hair cuts. A shop further is doing nails. Chinese store. Perfect Pedi- and manicure for a nice price. Otherwise if you have a car go downtown Orlando. There are loads of nice wax, nail and beauty salons. And my fav is the beauty spa at the Grand Floridian Resort. Just the best. Besides that you can have a massage that makes you feel like you're reborn. Hope it'll helps...
I had considered looking into the Grand Floridian and even the new spa at Sarasota Springs, but do we get a cast discount there? I've heard that it can be really expensive at both of these places. Thanks.
Hiya I stayed in the Saratoga Springs resort in the summer. It was amazing!! The Spa is out of this world. I did get in for free cause my mums a DVC member +discounts on facials etc! I remember cast members coming into the spa. they chatted away to me i'm unsure if it was discounted for the treatments but it was discounted for them to use the spa, sauna etc . Think this is cause its owned by a seperate company although being situated within Disney property. But hey we can treat ourselves right?! As long as we have "girls only" questions here.... ok, brace yourselves for this one, it's kind of personal.... what about birth control? Can you buy, like, a year's supply of the pill before you go down? Does anyone have any idea what they're doing if anything about that?
hey hun, think i'll just get a years before i go. if the doctor will do that. and if not i could go to brook and get more annonymous anyways so that'd add up to a year!but im sure the doctor will be fine to give a years. it not like its addictive or dangerous! and i been told i can get extra of my migraine stuff so dont see y not the pill! xxxx
yeah im the same gona get my year pill i think, or i hope. plus need 2 get asthma stuff just incase lol xxx
I can help you here girls!!! Ive just been to the doctor and when I explained the situation he had no problem giving me a prescription for a years supply of both my pill and asthma medication, so you should have no problem getting that for a year!! Ive not been to the chemist yet - will be interesting to see their face when they realise how much stuff I need!!! Sandra - thanks for asking that question, I was wondering the same thing!!! Yes you do get a discount at the spas on property - or you did when I was there. Can't remember how much but its well worth going to. Never tried their waxes but they do nice manicures
