Hi guys! I have just sent my application off to join the international college program next june! Hopefully it will be second time lucky! I just want to know from any Brits that have participated in the international college program what sort of jobs you ended up doing? Were you stuck in the UK 'bit' of Epcot worldshow case?
Heyhey Sorry, I'm no brit, neiother have I participated in the CP, but I can tel you this.. oy don't get stuck in the UK bit at Epcot, for that you have to join the IP, and for a year... other CP's I've talked to, run rides, are custodial etc. in the other parks, MK, AK... etc
I really wanted to do the 1 year program but I really need to get my degree out of the my. I purposefully took a year out last year to get on to the international college program but I was unsuccessful at interview. Are any of you guys planning to apply through UCAS? I'm transferring my degree to another institution next year and I'm not sure what evidence they require for me to be eligible for the visa. The problem is that institution takes so long in processing the applications that I may not have the evidence required!
Hi Everybody! First sorry for my sooo "bad" English :-X Well, I've questions about the College Program. I've consulted the website but I still have questions ??? Everybody can apply? Even French people? Why are there so many critics (in other post) about the CP? Is it very hard? In what does it consisit (a trainee,...) ? If someone knows more about it, please tell me more Many thanks in advance, Bye Sabrina
Thanks a lot for your answer I wish french people can be a part of CP and also that you will be choose for it in 2006 Bye Sabrina
You have to be prepared to work on the College Program...more so during the summer session than any other time. You are there at the busy time and are the lowest in seniority, so all the overtime will fall to you. On the brightside, if you get all the OT, you will be rolling in money!!! It's not quite as leisurely as the year long IP, or even the fall or spring CP...but I'm sure it would still be fun! They wouldn't have people lining up to do it year after year, if it was so bad!
