So happy my trip to the American Embassy was today and im now all set to go! woo hoo! Anyone flying out on the 19th Feb please let me know. See you all very soon! Luke
The embassy wasnt as bad as i expected............ thought i was going to be there for hours and hours! i arrived well early about 7am ( i was the 2nd person in the que) but the que soon grew! (advice to everyone, try get there as early as possible) Yeah my visas was accepted so should be here tomorrow! How about you, whens your interview at the Embassy? x
I was at the embassy yesterday (29th). I went early as well but had appointment time so went really quickly. Only problem was they weren't happy with my pic so had to go out and get another one taken.......why the size is different than a passport photo I don't know but best to have correct picture. I had a few photos with me, and she didn't approve of any of them, even stated it didn't look like me........well can't a girl dye her hair Just make sure it is a recent photo and should be fine. All ok in the end and should have my visa in a day or so. So now maybe I'll start to pack................ See you there on 19th. Gems

not sure when my interview at embassy is yet as havent recieved my documents but I dont fly out until 25th March. so was it as straight forward as they say? just a siomple fingerprint and then a few simple questions and they make the decision there and then?
hey peeps! finally had my embassy visit on the 1st. took nearly 3 hours of waiting but I'm just glad it's done. Cant wait to go now! Flying from manchester on the 10:25 virgin flight so should land in florida just after dinner about 2:50 ;D just got to fingure out what to pack now! hope you're all having fun! Chris.
