Logging in with DOC

I just had a look now, my page is still blank.. ill give it another day

also got the same email but Im the same Jayze, I still have a blank page

 

Hey everyone, i got the same email as well and still blank! also i cant log onto my dashboard ... aghh

 

mines still blank just checked again but i also can't log into my dashboard too Lorna

 

really? how weird !!! when i emailed about DOC being blank i also mentioned that i couldn't log onto the disney careers website but they didn't give me any info on that :\ im not going to bother changing my password or anything i dont think cause then it might stuff up even more :| but ahh

 

I had the issue with the dashboard a few days back, and when i emailed them, they sent me back a replacement password which I then changed to a normal one once I was logged back in again

 

my dashboard is finally working-i can now log in..but still don't have any links to download documents. @Breans what kinds of things do they want uploaded?

 

I had 5 things I had to either fill in or upload -
1. Address Information
2. Emergency Contact Information
3. Visa Location Appointment (obviously I havent got a visa application appointment, so I just put in the closest city to me where there is an office)
4. Passport (you have to scan the information page and then just put in some other information)
5. Proof of Student Status Form (which you will need to get signed and stamped by your uni)

 

Thank you! mine is still blank but just wanted to know incase they were things that i didn't or wouldn't have access to for a while

 

My DOCs page is still blank but now my dashboard is not working, it was working when you guys' dashboards weren't working and now its not. Its been a couple days, so ill leave it a little bit longer and see if it comes back, as your girls did. Thought I would update

 

My DOC page is also blank, and I have sent an email to the recruiting team however have not received a reply. Any word on how long it usually takes for them to fix it up?

 

my DOC page is still blank, but now my dashboard is also not working.. people have been slowly starting to receive the original DOC upload email so I'm guessing it should start working soon

 

Thanks for the info! thats good to know. Hopefully slowly but surely our all our dashboards and DOCs pages will work soon

Hi, Update, I received an email from disney recruiting to tell me to reset my password as I couldn't get into my dashboard. Just thought Id let you guys know incase any of you were in the same boat

 

Is everyones DOC page still coming up blank when they log into the site?
It's just been a while since they asked me to upload documents, yet this page still appears blank.

 

Yeah my DOC page is still blank as well! hopefully it wont be too long but it may even take a while cause I don't think they send out interview emails until late feb or march but i could be wrong.
