Frozen Dashboard

    My dashboard has been "in progress" since May :/

    I'm applying for AUS/NZ 2015 Jan

    I had spoken to others that had the same problem but were recently NLIC... but my dashboard hasn't changed. I'm very confused. I sent an email to the recruiters a couple of days back but I haven't gotten a reply.

    I don't really understand why I havent gotten a response for so long. If there was something wrong with my application dont you think they would have rejected my app in May? Can a dashboard break?? Lolz

    I would ring them. If you're from New Zealand its sort of too late because the interviews have already been. But if your from Australia the interviews are soon so I would definitely ring.

    I got an email response yesterday:

    Thank you for your message. Our recruitment team is still currently reviewing applications but hopefully you will get a response sooner than later. Please note that you will receive an email about your updated application as well as your dashboard. Thank you once again for your patience.

    So I guess that's it lolz. I'm in Bris Australia - the interviews are in sept. So... I dont know if I should ring or not now - cos I got a response... ?

    Definitely ring. That is a generic response for a situation that isn't standard.
